· Strengths: Alastor is a physically strong man, and very quick, his senses and strength heightened by the very illness that will kill him. He's an excellent diplomat, capable of bending any situation to his favor, and perhaps most important of all, he is in strong standing with every one of his crewmates.
· Weaknesses: The Geos on his back that he lives with takes a heavy toll. It protects him at times, while simultaneously draining his energy and stamina. At any moment there's a risk of a mutation in his cells. His inheiirant Varn powers are able to keep the wyrm at bay for now, but in the future, who knows?

· Personality: Suave, kindly, diplomatic. These are the traits that make up Alastor Nightwing. As a captain, he's top of his class, well liked by his crew, and feared by criminals. He's able to hide his ailments well, under the guise of a cool demenor and calm face. Though he has many female admirers, Alastor believes it would be unfair for someone to fall in love with him - it literally might kill them. Thus he's condemed himself to only love for his ship Fever. It's one of the few things he'd ever be able to become one with, in a very interesting way...
· Biography: Alastor doesn't say much about himself. All that is known is that during the war, he was in the middle of the blast site when the rays collided, and miraculously survived. This was when he first contracted Geostigma. He obtained his ship from the outterlands of the Varn territory, and a unique one it is, with no make and model or registration numbers. Rumors say he built it himself.
